I should preface this post by saying I have been a Denver Broncos fan since I was young kid and had no team to route for. My loyalty has not been swayed despite the recent Super Bowl victory for 2012. Okay, now that sets the behind the scene story. This Thursday will be a rematch of the Ravens vs Broncos. Yes, the big game for those that don’t watch football, where my Broncos fell off in the last minutes of the game. This week, we will redeem ourselves and it will be mom vs the kid. Yes, my youngest is a die hard Ravens fan and Browns fan (don’t ask) My little 2nd grader has already started to smack talk me and my Broncos. I can’t wait to cheer my team to victory. Does anyone else have similar sports rivalry in their homes? How do you handle it when it involves one of your little ones? I plan to dance around the house celebrating 🙂
