As I get older I find myself needing to watch my weight a little more. Any and every thing I eat goes straight to the middle :/ I’m also trying to be more aware of my health too. I say that because every few months I get on a fitness kick and last week apparently I hit that time again. LOL.
I’ve got my fitbit charged up and walking challenges started. (I love to drag others into working out with me lol) I’ve been guzzling water and cutting out soda. (so haaaarrd) You may hear an occasional gripe or see an outdoor pic because I like walking trails. These were the ducks I found from the weekend walk.
