Happy Friday Everyone. I just wanted to post a quick update on what’s happening for me in the writing world. I’m currently hard at work on my next sci-fi romance with a dash of action. They’ll be alien attacks, psychic powers and the great fight for good over evil. LOL. I’m way behind on my word count but I plan to hibernate in my room with the laptop cozy right next to me this weekend. If all goes as planned, I hope to have my next release out the first weekend in May.I’ll also try to do something fun and different for the release so stay tuned.
A few weeks ago, I shared that I hit my 100th blog and in another week I’ll also have another anniversary. A big one…*drum roll*…
The start of my blog and my writing career! OMG, I can’t believe it’s been a year. Granted I didn’t actually publish my first book until December 2013 🙂 but I did spend the year committed to writing, learning the ups and downs of self publishing and all the little pieces that go into trying to write the best story possible. I hope I’ve managed to do that and I promise to continue to grow my craft.
As for Honor Bound, I’ve received many emails and questions from readers wondering about Vaan’s Warlords or his brother. Originally, this story was written as a stand alone but I’ve been tinkering with some ideas. I don’t want to tell too much but there will be a novella for Vaan and Mikayla which will go more into the Kabanian and Desani war.(you’ll also witness the birth and find out the sex of the baby)
Hope everyone has a great weekend. Although we had snow this week, its supposed to be 70 *gasp* Perfect writing weather. Woohoo!
