“I don’t know what it is about you,” he muttered angrily.

“Then let me go,” she countered.

Nikol laughed. After knowing her these last few days, there was no way he’d let her go. He positioned her slight frame over him. “Are there more things you wish to say to me before I kiss you? More insults to hurl?”

Her knees bracketed his hips and her groin centered perfectly over his growing erection. “What makes you think I want to kiss you?”

Her voice was hoarse and sent fire shooting to his loins. Nikol battled the savage need to take what he wanted. He could have her begging if he truly desired. “What makes you think your wants matter?”
